First Payment Due at Signature	$1,250.00
Recurring Monthly — from October 15 onward After the September 15 to October 15 month above, the subscription continues at the same rate, auto-billed on the 15th of each month. Cancel any time with 30 days notice.	$1,000.00

Go-Live

7 days from signature to live.

Your program goes live within 7 calendar days of countersigned Service Order and receipt of first payment.

Terms

This agreement begins on the Proposed Start Date above and continues on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise noted.
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice delivered to the email addresses listed in this agreement.
jcell.ai retains ownership of all platform configurations, templates, sequences, and technical infrastructure built under this program.
Client retains ownership of their contact list data and all lead records generated under this program.
jcell.ai does not guarantee specific lead counts, reply rates, or conversion outcomes. All outreach is best-effort based on available intent data.
Client agrees not to reverse-engineer, resell, or share platform methodologies, templates, or proprietary workflows.
This agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties for the services described herein.
